I think you have the story for the model wrong.
The model is Steve Nesko, he is a friend of mine.

Keith: Thanks for commenting. The book use for my research reported Kenneth Ingram as the model for the boy. Maybe your friend could clarify and maybe even tell us some Rockwell stories?

I will have to dig deeper before changing the article. Hopefully, I will have an answer in a couple of days, but I would love for Steve Nesko to comment and set me straight if need be.
